'99 Audi A4 Avant: Patch

Oops! I rushed things, and I couldn't bother waiting another day, therefore you'll need to download this patch in order to be able to get window damage in the game ;). (The file that Rippance uploaded to mm2c is patched, so if you download that one it is already patched therefore there is no need for this patch.

'99 Audi A4 Avant: Release

Quite a bit delayed, here it is (remind me never to set release dates anymore!), the release of the 1999 Audi A4 Avant 2.7 Quattro :). Features I have not already mentioned are as follows:

Beam- and raylights
                        8 colours (thanks to Legoguy)
                        Custom dash (thanks to Mr. Sparkle)
                        Custom tuning by Spoot :D
                        Sounds from the in-game Audi TT

It's been two months since the last update, sorry it took me so long to get back to updating! It's been kinda hard since I had to reformat my computer after a crash a few weeks ago, and I've been on vacation and I've had a lot of work to do restoring my projects from the crash. I can't tell you what those projects are, other than that they're cars and tracks for a new game that me and a couple of other people are working on... I dunno when it will go "official", but as soon as it does, I'll show you all my work I've done to it. Ohh, yeah, recently I converted my Evo 6 (check the last newspost) to the game Re-Volt. Lots of fun =) mail me if you want the car and I'll make it public here. Also I have to tell the ones of you that didn't know, that it is uncertain if our affiliate Redline Design will go back online again, it most likely won't, but their host, MM2C is back online. See ya soon!

The Behind The Wheel Racing network is now closed, due to unreasonable costs to keep it up for Jason Trusty, the man behind the network. This concerns many major racing game sites, etc. Our affiliate Redline Designs, and their host MM2C is down due to this aswell. Rippance at MM2C tells me he will move his site and hosted sites (Redline, Bodyshop Forum) to another network. More info as the move is underway. Farewell Behind the Wheel Racing, I wish Jason Trusty the best of luck in the future.

I can't say that I'm a top notch graphics designer, but I am pretty happy about the new logo :). Also, I think that I will need some scripts here, so that you can post comments on the news posts etc. I hope Outback or someone else at GH will help me with that. I'm back! With some major news too =D, The Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 is approaching final, sounds are left to do, AND I have looked in to another game called Racer, it is a free racing simulator (www.racer.nl) and I am making a car for it, though this doesn't mean I'm quitting the MM2 scene, I will release my current projects as planned (maybe not the Audi, only trouble with that). Hereby, I declare EZ Modelling dedicated to both Racer and MM2! The car I am currently working on is the BMW 3-series, unfortunately, I haven't been able to bring the polycount to a reasonable level (a mere 10 000 polys), but the detailing is great, this is a release for Racer, and if you didn't already know about it, go download it! I really recommend it ;). Back to the BMW, texturework is underway, the model is finished, it includes a fully featured interior, detailed exterior, 3D headlights, 3D grille, 3D wheels with brakedisks, etc. read more, and see more pictures in the Current Projects section as usual, I'll keep you posted about the progress on all of this!

Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been very busy lately, the Jaguar is currently beeing beta tested, so expect a release soon, also, I am now announcing another project of mine, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 6, this time, I'm not aiming at detail, This is a rather polygon saving attempt to let the textures do most of the work.
